Any illegal uses of the items sold on this site are in violation of our intent and policy. Misuse could also subject the offender to severe fines, penalties and/or imprisonment under state and federal law.
By buying from this site, you agree that any item purchased on www.vincousa.com will be used for lawful purposes.
We are the not the manufacturers of any items on this site.
www.vincousa.com does not sell, trade, or disclose of your personal information including email, in any way to anyone at anytime.
Your email address and personal information is collected only to process your order, correspond to any inquiries you may make, and update you of any new products if you so choose.
Credit Card Info is not stored on this site. Credit Cards are processed thru Authorize.net with the highest security and encryption methods that are frequently being updated. Your credit card info is never stored on our site or servers.
We accept payments from VISA, Master Card, Amex,Discovery and PayPal.
Shipping: We use UPS & USPS for shipping local and International. All ship items will be updated with a tracking number to customer and Management will track all shipped items for safe delivery.
Our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must notify the management via email within 24 hours of your receipt of the items if there is any damage or defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, cellphone accessories or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Cell phone accessories
• Toys ( all Kinds Brands Non-Brands).
• Any item that is returned more than seven days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
